Privacy notice

GUARDIAN is operated by SafetySync, LLC. This notice explains what we collect when you use GUARDIAN and how we protect it.

What we collect

Your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). Information you enter about your organization, its facilities, security conditions, incidents, projects, and grant application, including any photos or documents you upload. A record of who viewed or changed your organization's information, kept for security.

The free eligibility check and risk score preview run in your browser. Nothing you enter in them is saved.

Who can see it

Only people your organization's admin has invited can see your organization's information. This is enforced by the database itself, not only by the website. Photos and documents are stored privately and are never publicly accessible. If you request a paid expert review, SafetySync's reviewer can see the submission you flagged, and each time they open it is recorded in your organization's activity log.

AI drafting and scoring

GUARDIAN uses Anthropic's Claude API to draft application sections and score drafts. When you use those features, the relevant information you entered is sent to Anthropic to produce the result. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models. [VERIFY current Anthropic commercial terms and data-retention period before launch.]

Service providers

We use Supabase (database, sign-in, and file storage), Vercel (website hosting), and Anthropic (AI drafting and scoring). Payment processing will be handled by Stripe. We don't sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your account and your organization's information by emailing contact@safetysync-us.com.
